Your data is yours.

What we collect

We collect (1) the documents you submit to the API, (2) account information from Clerk (email, name), (3) billing information from Stripe, and (4) API usage metadata (timestamps, file sizes, page counts, endpoint, error codes).

What we don't do

• We do not train ML models on your documents — ever.
• We do not log full request bodies. Only metadata is stored in our request logs.
• We do not share customer data with third parties except sub-processors listed below.

Document retention

Documents you submit are stored on Cloudflare R2 with a 24-hour lifecycle TTL. After 24 hours, they are deleted automatically. Higher tiers may opt to extend retention; this is configurable in your dashboard.

Your rights

You can request data export or deletion at any time by emailing privacy@mintmark.dev. We respond within 30 days.
