Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mintmark. By signing up or making an API call, you agree to them. They're short. Read them.

1. Acceptable use

You may submit any document you legally have the right to process. You may not use Mintmark to process content that infringes on others' rights, contains malware, or otherwise violates applicable law.

2. Pricing & billing

Subscriptions billed monthly via Stripe. Overages charged at the rate published on the pricing page. Cancel any time from your dashboard.

3. Service availability

We target 99.5% uptime. If we miss it, contact us — we'll work it out. Status at status.mintmark.dev.

4. Liability

Mintmark is provided "as is." Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous 12 months, which is also pretty fair.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
